We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Spanish market, dedicated to assisting clients with inquiries related to their online experience. This role is based in the vibrant city of Athens and offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference for customers in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing expert support to Spanish-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding clients through solutions to ensure an excellent user experience.
  • Assisting clients with setup and optimization of their online presence.
  • Detecting patterns in client inquiries to proactively improve service quality.

In this position, you’ll work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success. You’ll also benefit from a Greek employment contract that includes holiday bonuses and additional perks.
