Join our team to work on the innovative fintech solution — Catalyst Integration Manager.

We’re seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support multiple client projects and presales engagements for our Catalyst Integration Manager (CAT-IM) platform. This role combines technical leadership with customer-facing responsibilities, including scoping calls, requirements gathering, and designing solution architectures for proposals.

You’ll play a key role in helping prospects and clients understand how CAT-IM can streamline financial messaging, connect with the SWIFT network, and integrate APIs, legacy systems, and AI-powered automation. Working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams, you’ll help shape solutions that meet both technical and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work on the design and new functionality of one of the company's products. Ensure that the product meets all functional and non-functional requirements.
• Cooperate with stakeholders, delivery managers, and other teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure that the architectural vision aligns with business objectives and user needs.
• Take ownership of the technical decisions and participate in product growth, solving high-level strategic issues.
• Collaborate with the development team and technical lead to define the scope of work and maintain the results.
• Serve as a technical advisor during the pre-sales process, offering insights into how technology choices will impact the client’s business. Provide answers to technical questions and concerns raised by clients, helping to build trust and confidence in the proposed solution.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to develop detailed proposals that include technical specifications, project timelines, and cost estimates. Ensure the proposed architecture is feasible, scalable, and meets the client’s expectations.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Fluency in English.
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with a previous background in software development.
• Deep understanding of various architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless, event-driven) and frameworks. Ability to choose the most appropriate pattern based on project requirements and constraints.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform). Knowledge of cloud-specific services, deployment models, and best practices for scalability, availability, and security.
• Advanced knowledge of security principles, data protection, and compliance standards relevant to software architecture. Experience in designing secure systems that meet regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD). Ability to integrate automated testing, deployment, and monitoring into the software development lifecycle.
