Formación

Currently, we are seeking a Senior Solution Advisor to join our team, preferably based in Spain, but we are open to remote work from other European countries.

In this challenging role, you will delve deep into Vistex solution enhancements and become an expert quickly. You will support Vistex's sales team and, as part of the pre-sales team, serve as an interface between development, sales, consulting, and customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary contact for key customers on all solution-related engagements.
  • Coordinate and track customer-facing activities, including demo sessions, content preparation, agenda setting, and follow-ups.
  • Lead and deliver persuasive solution presentations to customers, emphasizing business value and strategic impact.
  • Manage tasks independently, prioritize responsibilities, and contribute proactively to project and sales success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer summits, presenting solutions confidently.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and consulting teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Serve as a key technical advisor during pre-sales by showcasing product capabilities through realistic demonstrations.
  • Support the full sales cycle by providing solution expertise.
  • Present Vistex solutions at industry trade shows, customer events, and marketing platforms.
  • Articulate solution architecture and business value clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling solution narratives using strong storytelling and communication techniques.

Qualifications & Experience :

Required :

  • At least 8 years of proven experience working with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients on solution advisory or pre-sales engagements.
  • 6 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution consulting is highly advantageous.

Preferred :
