Job Summary

As a Norwegian-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities in the Norwegian market. You’ll act as the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in building relationships and fueling the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels in Norwegian.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create high-quality opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent Norwegian language skills (spoken and written) plus strong English proficiency.
  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career.
