Formación

• C2 or fluency in Norwegian and strong English communication skills required.
• Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support in a large company is ideal.
• Good IT knowledge, especially in troubleshooting hardware and software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st level IT support to clients via various channels.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Cooperate with 2nd level services and external providers.

Conocimientos

Fluency in Norwegian (C2)

Strong proficiency in English

IT knowledge (Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams)

Analytical approach

Experience with ITSM ticket systems
