Profile sought

We are seeking a candidate with a PhD in Life Sciences, who is interested in participating in the management and follow-up of external collaborations in an international environment. Prior experience in industry settings is not essential, but we value motivation, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.

Must-have requirements

• PhD in life sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields).
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Scientific judgement, critical thinking and autonomy.

We value

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Research experience in biopharmaceutical or healthcare fields, especially in oncology and inflammation.
• Knowledge of experimental development in cellular models and animal models.
• Experience in R&D project management and in international collaboration.
• Prior interaction with CROs/CDMOs or other external collaborations.
• Familiarity with different AI models and their practical uses.
• Strong organization skills and efficient prioritization across multiple projects.
• Additional languages beyond English and Spanish.
• Experience in R&D projects or international collaborations.
