Overview

Job Title : Digital Solutions Architect

The Digital Products, Platforms & Services team designs and delivers cutting-edge digital products globally, accelerating organic growth for our brands.

We seek a technically skilled and proactive Software Engineer Tech Lead to build and maintain our Customer Data Platform (CDP).

As a Software Engineer Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing the backend software infrastructure powering our CDP, ensuring seamless data processing and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and modular backend solutions using modern architecture.
• Lead and manage development teams in an Agile environment.
• Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews.
• Foster effective collaboration within development teams.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
