Team Lead (m/f/d) SAP EWM Development

Make an impact! Join us to make a real impact! As a Team Lead in SAP EWM Engineering, you’ll merge your technical expertise with leadership, guiding your team on challenging national and international projects while fostering their growth and success.

As a Technical Lead, you will work hands-on in EWM projects:

1. Conduct customer workshops, design and document the planned solution
2. Being overall technically responsible for the solution
3. Develop and maintain ABAP code in areas such as MFS; Fiori applications using SAPUI5, RF Framework, Labels, Monitor enhancements, etc.
4. Implementation of quality assurance measures

As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of SAP EWM developers, located in Germany and two other European countries. This will include the following tasks:

1. Managing capacity of your team including resource planning and project staffing
2. Performance management and recruiting
3. Strategically grow and develop the team
4. Coordinate with the leaders of our other SAP EWM teams and the Swisslog EMEA Software organization

What you need to succeed:

1. You are experienced in leading teams or projects, either as a Technical Lead or as a Team Lead
2. You have in-depth experience with SAP EWM
3. You have sound ABAP knowledge, ideally in the area of MFS
4. Several years of professional experience in development with SAP ABAP-OO round off your profile
5. Experience in the area of SmartForms, (Web) DynPro and the related SAP modules (MM/SD/TM/PP) is desirable
6. Fluent English and ideally knowledge in German language
