As Engineering Lead (m / f / x), you will take on a central role in defining the technological direction and strategy, ensuring the scalability, security and reliability of our digital products. You will lead and mentor a top-notch engineering team, foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, and drive the development of solutions that directly contribute to the growth and success of our business. By aligning technology with business objectives, you will establish robust systems and processes while empowering your team to deliver outstanding user experiences and set high standards of engineering excellence.
