A software company in Berlin is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to bridge the gap between sales and customers, ensuring onboarding success while showcasing product value. You will deliver technical presentations, manage data security inquiries, and customize PowerPoint templates. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong technical foundation, and excellent communication skills. As a Technical Solution Consultant, you'll partner with sales and customers early in the sales process to align our product with customer goals and demonstrate its value. You'll provide technical guidance, shape onboarding, and give feedback to product management. This role also requires strong advocacy for PowerPoint—you should be both knowledgeable and passionate about it. You’ll work closely with a supportive sales team in a tech‑driven, startup‑style environment backed by a stable product and funding.
Craft and deliver compelling technical presentations that showcase how think‑cell integrates seamlessly into client environments.
Lead tailored rollout processes for new customers, working closely with Sales and Support to ensure a smooth and impactful onboarding experience.
Take ownership of data security inquiries, acting as a trusted advisor on SaaS compliance and best practices.
Customize PowerPoint templates by adjusting XML Style Files to match each customer’s unique brand identity.
Create engaging product demos and presentations that highlight advanced features and real‑world use cases.
Empower our sales team with the technical know‑how they need to succeed—collaborating closely with Product and Marketing to align messaging and strategy.
A Bachelor’s degree and around 5+ years of professional experience, or a strong mix of education and practical experience.
Solid technical foundation in Computer Science or Information Systems, with hands‑on knowledge of XML, security concepts, and deployment tools for Windows and Mac (e.g. Intune, GPO).
2–4 years of experience in a Product Specialist, Sales Engineer, or similar role, ideally in a SaaS or software environment.
Proven ability to create engaging, high‑quality PowerPoint presentations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
A proactive problem‑solver with a structured, analytical approach.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Comfort with a hybrid work model: 3 days in our Berlin office, 2 days from home.
