  • Academic Background: You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, or a comparable field – or bring equivalent professional experience.
  • Relevant professional experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing – ideally in the software industry with a focus on the SME sector – and can demonstrate a strong and proven track record.
  • Experience in Multi-Channel Marketing & Paid Advertising: You have solid experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, digital, content, events) and are well-versed in managing paid ads on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to increase visibility in AI-generated answers (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) is a strong plus.
  • Content Creation & Marketing Automation: You develop and coordinate the creation of campaign content (e.g. landing pages, ads, blog posts) and work closely with Sales Enablement to build marketing automations for lead nurturing and drip campaigns. You analyze relevant KPIs such as CPL, CAC, and CTR to continuously optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently and effectively in both German and English (C1 level, written and spoken), and bring a good sense of humor to the table.
Your mission

We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) (m/f/d) to join us either at our headquarters in Munich or Berlin in a hybrid work model.

As Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing initiatives for the SME Sales Team, with a clear focus on lead generation and brand positioning.

The goal of this role is to ensure consistent communication in close collaboration with the SME Sales Team as an integral team member, generate MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads), and create a measurable impact on our growth trajectory.

Your responsibilities
  • Professional expertise & Innovation: You are adept at planning and implementing multi-channel campaigns, familiar with paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and can prepare content such as case studies or newsletters for specific target groups.
  • Decision-making & Accountability: In close dialogue with our VP SME Sales, you will develop sound decision-making principles for your team. You implement these consistently and always pay attention to the overarching corporate strategy.
  • Customer Focus: You have a strong understanding of the needs of our target groups and develop targeted measures to measurably improve the customer experience along the entire marketing touchpoints for potential SME customers of yoummday.
  • Excellence & Efficiency: You actively support your team in the implementation and further development of efficient processes in SME sales marketing. While promoting this you create sustainable structures that ensure excellence and operational efficiency in the marketing area.
  • Analytical & Critical Thinking: You analyse relevant marketing data, objectively evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and derive strategic recommendations for the further development of our SME marketing measures.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: You maintain an overview even in dynamic or unclear situations, recognise opportunities at an early stage and proactively contribute your ideas to our processes. You respond to new or unexpected situations in a solution-oriented manner and support your team in adapting to changes confidently and self-assuredly.
