Your profile
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in online/digital marketing—ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media management, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress or similar).
  • First experience with graphic tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma).
  • Creative mindset, strong interest in digital trends, and a structured, autonomous way of working.
  • Strong organizational skills; you reliably and independently drive projects and tasks to completion.
  • Openness to complex, explainable IT products and a willingness to dive into new topics.
  • A true team player with a hands‑on mentality; clear communicator with a professional presence toward customers and vendors.
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Confident user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Your mission

As a Marketing Manager (f/m/d) with a focus on digital marketing, you’ll elevate our brand and solutions online—strategically, creatively, and data-driven.

  • Digital Marketing & Growth: Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across all channels—from awareness to conversion.
  • Lead Nurturing & Automation: Build smart email journeys (e.g., with Brevo or similar) and guide prospects to qualified leads.
  • SEO & SEM: Plan and optimize campaigns (e.g., with Google Ads) and improve our websites’ search visibility.
  • Social Media: Position us as a thought leader on LinkedIn (and other channels), strengthen our employer branding, and generate leads through creative posts and campaigns.
  • Content & Website: Maintain and develop our websites (e.g., WordPress or similar) and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion.
  • AI Tools: Curate and train AI tools with our product content and use them to boost our digital visibility.
  • Events & Webinars: Publish, update, and promote our events, trade shows, and webinars—ensuring a strong digital presence.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Measure the impact of your activities and derive data-driven recommendations.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, qualify leads, and maintain them in the CRM.
