We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at StudySmarter and help shape the future of learning! If you’re passionate about AI, education, and building exceptional products, this role is for you.
As a Senior Product Manager at StudySmarter, you will:
Take broad ownership of our core product - covering key features like learning modes and our AI assistant
Work on our overarching product vision and strategy together with our CPO and Design Lead - playing a crucial role in taking our company to our Series B and beyond
Shape quarterly strategy and OKRs for your cross-functional product team, in close collaboration with the CPO
Run continuous discovery and user testing to uncover pain points and identify opportunities - especially around new AI-powered learning experiences
Define the ideal monetization approach for any product area you work on
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, QA, and analytics to deliver impactful solutions
Stay at the forefront of industry and tech trends to keep our product on the cutting edge - especially when it comes to AI innovation
Embrace a fast, iterative approach - building, shipping, (sometimes) failing, learning and innovating - not only with our dedicated Greenfielding team or in our regular hackathons, but every day
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C; experience with subscription products or habit-forming apps is a strong plus
A builder mindset - you’re hands-on, action-oriented, and love turning ideas into reality
Curiosity and experience with AI - not just in the product itself, but also as a tool to improve your workflow and prototyping process
Strong skills in product strategy, problem-solving, prioritization, and execution
Fluency with data, metrics, and experimentation to drive informed decisions
A sharp eye for design and a strong sense of UX and product aesthetics
Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you work well with cross-functional teams and make complex topics easy to understand
