A leading European 4PL provider is seeking a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead all commercial activities across Europe. In this remote-first role, you will drive revenue growth and shape the go-to-market strategy, focusing on new OEM customers in high-growth industries. Your responsibilities will include managing sales targets, account management, and developing pricing strategies. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in OEM sales and be fluent in English, with German being a plus.
Remote-first | Europe (Germany preferred)
As Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will lead and own all commercial activities at B2X – from new business acquisition and key account development to solution design and go-to-market strategy. You carry full responsibility for revenue growth and will play a decisive role in shaping the next growth phase of B2X.
Your primary focus will be on winning new OEM customers and expanding strategic accounts across high-growth industries such as e-mobility, consumer electronics, payment systems, and retail automation. You will work closely with the CEO and CFO and operate as a core member of the leadership team.
B2X has successfully completed its turnaround and is now entering an acceleration phase. The CSO will build a strong, scalable commercial engine and help evolve B2X from an operations-led organization into a commercially driven European growth platform.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role in a remote-first European team, offering full ownership of sales strategy, strong autonomy, and direct influence on the company’s growth and exit trajectory.
As CSO, you will drive B2X’s commercial growth across Europe, leading sales, solution design, and account management for a business with approximately €30 million in annual revenue.
You will operate in a business with strong momentum, a growing core business (>50% growth), and a customer base of around a dozen major OEMs.
B2X Care Solutions is a leading European 4PL provider for after-sales lifecycle management of electronic hardware. We design and operate service networks for global OEMs in telecom, e-mobility, retail automation, and payment systems.
Our digital service platform connects OEMs with a Europe-wide ecosystem of repair, logistics, and field service partners, managing the complete lifecycle under the OEM’s brand. B2X generates recurring revenues based on managed volumes and value‑added services such as data analytics, process automation, and circular lifecycle solutions.
With a strong operational foundation and scalable digital capabilities, B2X is expanding into higher‑margin verticals and transforming into a platform‑led, commercially driven growth company.
