Your mission

Sales Development Representative (m / f / d)

Remote (Europe / CET ± 2h) | Full-time | English

The Vision

To act as the central Resilience Intelligence System for the world’s infrastructure.

We are becoming the defining solution for global infrastructure resilience. By predicting physical failure probabilities and recommending adaptation solutions, we enable global operators to weather‑and climate‑proof their assets. We don’t just map risk; we are the system that guarantees stability in an unstable world.

Seed Stage | €3.5M Funding (Lightbird, Greencode) | Accelerating commercial momentum in Europe.

The Setup
  • The Stack : HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Lemlist.
  • Team : Reporting directly to the CEO. You work alongside another SDR, a GTM Expert, and a Solution Architect.
  • Structure : Hunter Focus (90% Outbound / 10% Inbound).
  • Work Mode : Remote-first, with required travel to key industry events for on‑ground lead generation.
The Role

You are not here to spam generic emails. You are here to open doors to the biggest infrastructure players in Europe through hyper‑tailored social messages, cold calling, and face‑to‑face networking.

We are open to 1-5 years of experience. Expectations scale with seniority.

  • The Hunt : Generate 8 qualified opportunities per month via cold calls, social selling, and representing Repath at industry events.
  • Junior (1-2y) : Execute provided playbooks with high discipline.
  • Senior (3-5y) : Refine playbooks, experiment with new channels, and operate with full autonomy.
  • The Gatekeeper : Qualify inbound leads rigorously. We value our AEs' time—only high‑quality meetings make it to their calendar.
  • The Signal : You are the ear on the ground. Feed market objections and insights back to Marketing and Product to sharpen our message.
Your Profile
  • Experience : 1‑5 years in SDR / BDR roles. We care less about the logo on your CV and more about your hunger. If you have 1 year but are sharp and relentless, apply. If you have 5 years, we expect strategy, not just execution.
  • Track Record : Strong history in cold calling, social selling, and navigating gatekeepers.
  • Language : Fluent English.

⚠️ The "Anti-Pitch" : This is primarily an Outbound role. You will hear "No" often. You need to pick up the phone, write the message, travel to the event, and follow up relentlessly. If you are waiting for marketing to fill your calendar, this isn't for you.

The Offer

  • Comp & Ownership : €45,000 - €60,000 Base (depending on seniority) + Uncapped Commission + Meaningful VSOP (Virtual Shares).
  • Note : We use a 70 / 30 split to balance security with hunger. Hitting your target unlocks your full variable. Exceeding it triggers our 1.5x Multiplier - meaning top performers can significantly exceed their OTE.
