A leading global consultancy is seeking a Junior Management Consultant in Berlin to support project success with analytical and communication skills. This role offers the chance to work on business cases and presentations in a dynamic international team. Candidates must have a Master's degree and be fluent in German and English. As Junior Management Consultant you will be contributing to CGIs project success, while supporting our clients and senior executives on Business Case, decision papers, marketing & sales material as well as business modelling.
- Perform project work packages independently and contribute to overall project success.
- Proof of concepts including business case modelling and numerical support of business decisions at strategic, tactical and operational levels.
- Development of conceptual solutions in different functions (IT, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Procurement).
- Business implementation of approved solutions.
- Business development support of senior executives with presentations and marketing material.
- Knowledge sharing and personal development.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Very good communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate with different levels across organizational structures.
- Independent good structured thinker with proactive approach.
- Orientation on results.
- Time and stress management.
- Fluency in German & English language (mandatory).

- Completed studies (Master's degree).
- Project work experience in (IT) consulting company, strategy/project unit of a blue chip organization or start-up (not mandatory for Junior position).
