Your key responsibilities include :
- Welcome and host our event and conference guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the banquet and event areas
- Fulfill individual guest requests during events
- Act as the primary contact person for organizers regarding last-minute changes and communicate them to the banquet team
- Create menu cards and signage for events
- Deliver exceptional service experiences together with the team
