Responsibilities

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

  • Deploying and monitoring ideal sales processes and blueprints by sales channel in collaboration with Regional HQ and the countries of EUROPE Region
  • Monitoring the execution of the sales strategies and measuring operational excellence in sales by defining critical success factors, key metrics and KPIs as well as ensuring action plans in case of deviations
  • Overseeing sales performance for all LOBs (FF, CL and D&E) in Europe Region
  • Monitoring and maintaining CRM tool and performing analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of sales operations and processes
  • Driving the budget and forecast processes in BD, including financial and commercial budgets
  • Tracking sales goals, developing sufficient reports and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual sales results to the management
  • Providing ad hoc reporting for managers in Regional HQ, in case needed
  • Supporting regional account managers for data information or analysis on their Tier2 accounts
  • Monitoring new business initiatives and measuring their effectiveness
  • Interacting with key stakeholders to capture and share best practices and continuously developing the sales process & blueprint to state of the art
  • Inputting sales qualification measures i.e. training / coaching that enable higher efficiency & productivity
  • Meeting with sales managers to assess and manage team performance
  • Engaging in close collaboration with the RHO and Country BD Teams
  • Setting performance goals for sales team members for achievement of operational results and conducting reviews to assess performance
  • Contributing to enhancing and strengthening the robustness of sales policies and procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency of sales process & business procedures
  • Leading a direct a team of data analysts and performance managers as well as functionally the National Super Users (national CRM and Sales Performance managers) in EUROPE Region

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with similar tasks to above in the logistics industry
  • Expert in Salesforce and business analytics
  • Fluent in English
