Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and commission IT components for broadband internet, local networks, and IT security.
- Provide expert support by troubleshooting issues, performing maintenance, and assisting customers with technical inquiries.
- Ensure clear and accurate documentation, making it easy for teammates and customers to understand system configurations and processes.
- Actively contribute to sales efforts by providing technical insights and supporting the promotion of solutions and services.
- Help optimize and develop our IT network, data center, and radio link infrastructure through continuous improvements.
- Coordinate and assess customer requirements, working closely with both internal teams and external partners.
- Research, evaluate, and test new IT components, ensuring a smooth transition into operational use.
