- Responsibility for the operation, maintenance and support of the central workflow management system JobRouter.
- Together with the specialist departments, collection and analysis of requirements, translation into digital workflows and implementation in accordance with IT standards and architecture guidelines
- Independently managing smaller development projects in JobRouter and thus actively driving forward the digitization of the customer’s business processes
- Proactively informing the specialist departments about changes and innovations in the application landscape
- Designing the interfaces between JobRouter and other company applications and ensuring smooth integration
- Close cooperation with working students and technical support for their tasks in JobRouter.
- Successfully completed studies in business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in IT, workflow or quality management, ideally in the support or further development of business applications
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working as well as organizational talent.
- Enjoy working with different departments and acting as an interface between business and IT
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of project management is an advantage
- Open, communicative personality with a hands‑on mentality and the ability to inspire others with new solutions
