Your tasks

• Responsibility for the operation, maintenance and support of the central workflow management system JobRouter.
• Together with the specialist departments, collection and analysis of requirements, translation into digital workflows and implementation in accordance with IT standards and architecture guidelines
• Independently managing smaller development projects in JobRouter and thus actively driving forward the digitization of the customer’s business processes
• Proactively informing the specialist departments about changes and innovations in the application landscape
• Designing the interfaces between JobRouter and other company applications and ensuring smooth integration
• Close cooperation with working students and technical support for their tasks in JobRouter.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in IT, workflow or quality management, ideally in the support or further development of business applications
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working as well as organizational talent.
• Enjoy working with different departments and acting as an interface between business and IT
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office; knowledge of project management is an advantage
• Open, communicative personality with a hands‑on mentality and the ability to inspire others with new solutions
