• Local Branding Alignment: Develop and implement local employer branding initiatives aligned with HR strategy and business goals.
• Generate Engagement: Create engaging internal community activities and communications that inspire connection and culture.

• Future Talent: Attract external candidates and engage internal colleagues in career development.

• Experience & Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Marketing, or Communications, with an interest in employer branding and digital content.
• Market Insight: Understanding of business environments and job market trends.
• Relationship Skills: Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Creative Mindset: Proven campaign creation and execution skills.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in German and English, with strong written and oral skills. Content creation experience is a plus.
• Job Mobility: Hybrid work setup with travel flexibility to locations including Bad Honnef, Brilon, Roigheim, Halle.
