Tasks

• Client Consultation and Solution Design : Advise on digital HR transformation develop tailored strategies and implement HR technology solutions to address unique challenges and enhance HR processes
• Project Management : Oversee the creation and execution of project plans including development selection and implementation of HR‑IT systems ensuring success through reports and presentations
• Business Development : Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities preparing proposals and supporting the sales process to attract new clients
• Professional Growth : Benefit from a supportive team‑oriented environment with flat hierarchies while contributing to the growth of junior colleagues

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in HR transformation or related fields
• Degree in Business Management IT Occupational Psychology or related fields
• Proficient in utilising HR systems with a solid understanding of how their interconnections impact end users and the organisation
• Strong ability to manage complex projects from planning through execution ensuring successful client delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities capable of conducting workshops delivering presentations and engaging with clients
• Professional working proficiency (C1) in German and English
