Who we are looking for...

We want our guests to feel completely at home, and every detail counts. From the moment they enter their room, they should look forward to a carefree stay, enjoying the clean, freshly made beds each evening. As a role model for the housekeeping team, you are a coach, encourager, and team player at eye level. Your high standards are the benchmark for everyone.

What your responsibilities are...

1. Coordinate all housekeeping tasks and plan room cleaning in cooperation with the Executive Housekeeper.
2. Check rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure they meet our high standards.
3. Identify and address broken or missing items, informing the technical department as needed.
4. Handle guest concerns or requests from the reception desk.
5. Create reports about arrivals and departures.
6. Inform when rooms are ready for guests.
7. Innovate to inspire our guests continually.

What we expect from you...

• At least 2 years of experience as a housekeeping shift lead in an upscale hotel or completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry.
• Strong quality awareness and high standards reflected in your work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A confident appearance, a can-do attitude, and a hands-on mentality.
• Professionalism, self-confidence, and charm that inspire guests daily.
• Valid work permit for Germany/EU.
