The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the strategic marketing plan to increase market share and revenue within the region. This role requires a deep understanding of the German, Austria, and Switzerland healthcare systems, knowledge of the Cervical/Molecular diagnostic space, and the ability to collaborate with sales, regional/country marketing, communications, and market access teams.

• Participate in strategic planning to support long-term profitable growth.
• Develop and implement country-specific marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Implement account-based marketing strategies to grow key accounts.
• Drive digital acceleration across marketing channels, utilizing tools like Salesforce and Pardot.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Support product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives in collaboration with the sales team.
• Create and manage a marketing budget for optimal resource allocation.
• Develop educational and promotional materials for healthcare professionals and customers.
• Ensure compliance with regional and local regulations through liaising with regulatory and legal teams.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure aligned activities.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and professional associations in diagnostics.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of marketing or combined sales and marketing experience in Germany/Europe.
• Experience in Diagnostics, especially clinical microbiology/molecular diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of customer landscape in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, including public and private healthcare organizations.
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
