Location & Type

Munich office – Full time (Growth Marketing Manager, f/m/d).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a qualified pipeline for the sales team.
  • Organize and promote events (trade shows, APS presence, virtual events) to maximize lead capture.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Design and manage lead nurturing programs including email campaigns, webinars, and gated content.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and improve campaign performance.
  • Continuously test and improve conversion rates across different campaigns.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a comparable role, ideally in a B2B tech, deep-tech, or hardware/equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Independent, proactive, and well-organized working style.
  • Open-minded, collaborative personality with a solution-focused approach.
