A leading non-profit organization in Germany is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to shape the analytics roadmap. In this role, you will collaborate with product teams to provide actionable insights that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate has senior-level experience in data analysis, strong SQL skills, and a commitment to data ethics. This position offers a hybrid work model based in Berlin.
Position within Software Engineering Department, permanent full‑time (35‑40 h/week), based in Berlin. Hybrid model – at least quarterly presence in Berlin office. Ideally starting 01.01.2026 or sooner.
As Senior Data Analyst you are part of Product Management Team in Software Engineering Department. You shape the department’s analytics roadmap, turning complex data into actionable insights for improving engagement and retention for WMDE’s Linked Open Data portfolio of products. In close collaboration with another Data Analyst you equip Product Managers with scalable tools and dashboards to inform strategy and decisions within product teams that align with our product and organizational goals.
