Zusammenfassung
A leading consulting firm in Germany is seeking a Business Development Consultant to (co)lead client relationships across the DACH region. The role involves collaborating with managers to ensure excellent service delivery and identifying new business opportunities, especially in the Aerospace, Energy, and Technology sectors. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in business development, is fluent in English and German, and possesses strong stakeholder engagement skills. Flexible working arrangements and unlimited earnings potential are offered.

- Successful track record in business development, ideally in IT and engineering.
- Understanding of key challenges in various industry clusters in the DACH region.
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
Aufgaben
- Lead relationships with clients across the DACH region.
- Ensure service delivery by collaborating with engagement and recruitment managers.
- Identify new business opportunities in specified industries.
Kenntnisse
- (Co-)Lead strong relationships with existing clients across the DACH region – from high-growth startups to global giants
- Ensure excellent service delivery by collaborating closely with engagement and recruitment managers
- Identify client needs for professionals who drive innovation and change and translate them into tailored high-impact service proposals
- Scale our presence by identifying new business opportunities preferably in Aerospace, Aviation, Defense, Energy, Mobility or Technology
- Work with marketing to craft demand-generating campaigns and expand strategic partnerships
- First successes or - even better – a proven track record in business development with consulting and staffing solutions – ideally in IT and engineering
- Entrepreneurial DNA combined with a solid network and understanding of key challenges in one or more industry clusters in the DACH region
- Effective hands-on collaboration approach engaging stakeholders on different hierarchical levels and ensuring client satisfaction based on service excellence
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
