Job summary
Ein führendes Technologieunternehmen in München sucht einen erfahrenen Senior Program Manager für die Data & Analytics Unit. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Identifizierung und Durchführung innovativer Projekte zur Nutzung von Daten. Die ideale Kandidatin oder der ideale Kandidat sollte über mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch verfügen. Diese Position bietet die Möglichkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten, das sich auf digitale Transformation konzentriert.
Qualifications
- Mindestens 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement.
- Erfahrung in einer (Management-)Beraterrolle von Vorteil.
- Nachweis über das Management mehrerer komplexer und paralleler Projekte.
Responsibilities
- Identifizieren, Starten und Steuern innovativer Projekte im Bereich Daten.
- Verantwortlich für die Planung und erfolgreiche Durchführung von datenbasierten Innovationsprojekten.
- Interagieren mit mehreren Geschäftsbereichen zur Strategiebildung.

Education
As a Senior Program Manager in the Data & Analytics Unit, you will identify, launch & steer innovative projects in the field of data foundations and data insights (including ML). In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and successful execution of multiple data-driven business innovation and transformation projects and programs with cross-functional and -organizational teams. You will interact with multiple business segments in building strategies to exploit and monetize data streams and co-design new innovative services and products as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will help collect learnings to be integrated into new projects. With your organizational and project management skills, you will enable our experts to focus on technical, high-quality solutions. You will be an advocate of the vision, strategic objectives and work of the Enterprise Data and Analytics organization.
- An excellent university degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or in a related field
- At least 7 years relevant professional experience in a project management role, of which at least 2 in a (lateral) leadership role such as program manager or team lead
- Experience in a (management) consultant role is a plus, experience in digital transformation in B2B industry or IT Consulting is a plus
- Strong business acumen, understanding various aspects of data-driven business needs
- Strong entrepreneurial and strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to acquire technical understanding of data analytics and machine learning
- Track-record of managing multiple complex and concurrent projects, project teams and stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization and reach alignment in a complex stakeholder setting
- Sound understanding of change management mechanics and tools for digital transformation
- Pro‑active and hands‑on approach to challenges and getting things done mindset
- Experience in senior stakeholder management and outstanding communication skills; Fluent English and German language skills
