A leading service management company is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee a customer service project from their headquarters or remotely across Germany. This role involves managing team leads, driving performance through analysis, and ensuring client satisfaction. We are looking for an Operations Manager (m / f / d) to join us as soon as possible at our headquarters in Munich Berlin or Halle or remotely across Germany in a hybrid model.
As an Operations Manager (m / f / d) you will take responsibility for a customer service project for one of our well known clients overseeing both operational and process-related aspects. You will lead up to 5 Team Leads each managing up to 25 freelancers who report directly to them.
