A leading laboratory services company in Rheinland-Pfalz is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician. The role involves providing help-desk support for hardware and software issues, installing and repairing systems, and managing user accounts in Active Directory. Candidates should have strong customer service skills, time management abilities, and preferably an IT qualification. Fluency in English and German is essential, with additional language skills being advantageous. This position offers a permanent contract with a workload of 40 hours per week.

Permanent contract, 40hrs / week
You will be expected to provide first line help-desk support to our customers, assisting them with hardware and software problems (Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory) via phone, email and a ticketing system.
