We are expanding our existing team and looking for a Data Warehouse Developer (SQL / ETL) to support us in our daily work and challenges within data warehouse management. As a team, we work independently, communicate effectively, and develop sophisticated solutions from requirements gathering to implementation and deployment. We combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of business processes across various functions. This role offers the opportunity to deliver end-to-end data solutions that provide valuable insights and support key business functions.

How you will spend your time as our next Data Warehouse Developer :

You will be responsible for organizing valid data for key stakeholders, building usable data marts and models, and optimizing a scalable enterprise-level data solution with a focus on reliability and performance. You will collaborate closely with three experienced data warehouse developers and five BI developers, increasing business insight and creating value.

- Design, develop, and maintain the data warehouse stack, including databases, tables, and views

- Build and manage ETL processes to integrate data from multiple source systems

- Optimize data models and ETL jobs for scalability and performance

- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure reliability and efficiency

- Collaborate with BI developers and business stakeholders to align solutions with organizational needs

What we expect of you :

- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining data warehouse solutions using SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

- Proven ability to design and build data marts, dimensional models, and ETL workflows

- Experience in enterprise environments with large data volumes and complex integrations; familiarity with platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is a plus

- Familiarity with AI functionalities and experience with Qlik or other BI tools is a plus

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations

- Ability to work effectively in a complex, collaborative matrix environment with virtual teams across a multi-cultural and geographically diverse setup

- A strong command of spoken and written English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus
