Job description
Sushi Story is hiring a F/T Restaurant Manager.
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
Number of Positions: 1
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, and control the operation of the restaurant
- Determine and implement operational policies
- Manage staff work schedules and monitor work performance
- Control inventory, monitor revenues, and apply procedural modifications
- Hire and train newly joining staff
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are met back and front of the house
- Manage arrangement with suppliers for food and supplies
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of related experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
