Job Duties:
- Plan and manage the daily operations of the bar.
- Decide on the types of services to offer and put operational procedures in place.
- Hire new staff and manage their training.
- Create staff schedules and keep track of their performance.
- Manage inventory, keep an eye on sales, and develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, and cleaning supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure the business follows health and safety rules.
- Work out agreements with suppliers for food and other necessary items.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
