Yanaki Sushi is looking for a F/T Restaurant Manager.

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $34.00~$36.00/hour (depending on Experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Determine the services to be offered and implement operational procedures
2. Plan, coordinate, manage, and evaluate the daily activities and operations of the restaurant
3. Recruit, supervise staff members, and oversee staff training
4. Control inventory and organize when it needs
5. Modify menu prices according to the restaurant’s budget
6. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
7. Address customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
8. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for supplies

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
