Job description

Jacob’s Noodle & Cutlet is looking for a F/T Restaurant Manager.
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $35.00~$37.00/hour (depending on Experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

  • Plan, organize, and control the overall operations of the restaurant
  • Determine adequate service types and set up an implication of the operational procedures
  • Hire staff and supervise staff training
  • Establish work schedules and oversee staff performance
  • Monitor revenues and modify operational procedures and prices
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety standards are maintained
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for the cost of supplies

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
