Job Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of employees
- Plan, manage, and evaluate the operation of a restaurant and food service
- Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Determine and develop customer service standards, and implement operational procedures
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Manage inventory and monitor revenues
- Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
