- Substantial experience in coordinating and scheduling tasks.

- Proven ability to self-teach and excellent organizational and communication skills
- Substantial experience in coordinating and scheduling tasks, preferably with Maximo Scheduler
- Strong critical thinking skills to resolve analytical and technical conflicts effectively
- Experience in developing training materials and job aids
- Familiarity with regional complexity and geographic uniqueness in the oil & gas industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and non-technical information effectively
