Your Mission

Focus Factory Leader - Lead and coordinate all activities of the value stream in compliance with GMP, within expected safety and cost constraints. Contribute to the improvement of the industrial vaccine manufacturing processes in the production department and related industrial departments (including Purchasing, QC/QA and Supply Chain) in order to meet regulatory and quality requirements aligned with CEVA group strategic plans and company objectives. Is part of the campus leadership team.

Responsibilities
  • Has full ownership of the end-to-end value stream process (MPS) and ensures flow
  • Optimization
  • Put together roadmap for his/her units (12 to 18 months).
  • Lead tier 3 (cross‑functional QA).
  • Participate in site master plan design.
  • Is responsible for the full value stream P&L.
  • Build/ consolidate the budget for validation at campus level.
  • Establish productivity targets and propose cost optimization (including opex & capex).
  • Liaising with other functions (QA…).
  • Challenge practices & continuous standards to be best in class.
  • Implement and develop relevant KPIs and performance management tools in order to respect and improve efficiency standards.
  • Safeguard compliance across the entire Value Stream (quality, safety…).
  • Make sure there's no backlog in deviations.
  • Prioritize deviation management.
  • Is part of the QA committee and safety committee.
  • Is responsible for documentation availability.
  • Is ready for inspections & fulfils post‑audit commitments.
  • Build training roadmap with QA & HSE.
  • Ensure the execution of the deployment plan and the implementation of CPS standards within the value stream.
  • Identify improvement initiatives and allocate the necessary resources to achieve the objectives for the value stream.
  • In liaison with the other functions, identify actions for cross‑sectional improvement, provide support and resources for achievement of identified actions.
  • Promote the operational excellence culture and continuous improvement initiatives from its teams. Long / Mid Term Strategy, CAPEX.
  • Participate in CAPEX local committee, and work collaboratively with Project managers for project implementation and project approval from Global team when needed.
  • Participate in the definition and deployment of strategic site projects within the value stream and support/sponsor cross-departmental projects (CAPEX, production and method transfer, etc.).
  • Prioritize projects.
  • Support the project / program manager with major issues and problems, and with interpreting and applying organizational policies and procedures.
  • Communicate and manage relationships on the executive level.
  • Maintain a highly motivated and well-functioning team with a focus on improving engagement further and developing people.
  • Effectiveness: Communicate clearly the Ceva goals and priorities through a vision and yearly objectives. Naturally lead people to exceed objectives.
  • Problem solving: Create a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to serve the global interest of Ceva in the long run. As a role model, create the right conditions to support the organization and people to evolve towards a problem‑solving mindset.

  • Budget & costs: Define, cascade and control the budget according to business plan and define global target in terms of cost efficiency.

Grow a solid pipeline of leaders and define a succession plan. Ensure, and allow to build appropriate career management framework (Job Family, Core competencies, Ceva University).

Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary degree/diploma in a related field
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience leading and following Safety/Security Policies and Procedures.
  • Computer proficiency is required.
  • Strong Lean experience is essential especially Kaizen PDCA, 6S, SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die), Standard Work and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). The role is expected to lead Kaizen both within the department and with other departments to help drive continuous improvement and people engagement.
