What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Establish and refine work management systems to support project coordination and time management
  • Train and support field staff on the use of Maximo Scheduler to ensure effective integration
  • Coordinate continuous improvement and quality assurance activities related to scheduling efforts
  • Track and analyze planner and scheduler performance to ensure efficiency
  • Develop and revise training materials and job aids to assist with coordinating activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Related university degree with over seven years of experience in oil & gas, maintenance, or pipeline, or over ten years of field operations experience
  • Strong understanding of the development and implementation of new processes
  • Proven ability to self‑teach on the job with outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Substantial experience with coordinating and scheduling tasks, preferably with Maximo Scheduler expertise
  • Ability to communicate technical and non‑technical information clearly to collaborators

  • Experience in project management and quality management initiatives
  • Familiarity with regional complexities and geographic uniqueness in the oil & gas sector
