The Manager, Regional Sales (MRS) will partner with the VP Regional Sales to manage the sales team, including either a combination of the Business Development Associates (BDA) and Business Development Managers (BDM), or those groups individually. In partnership with the CS division, they could also be responsible for managing the Business Development Representatives. The MRS advances the usage of the necessary tools and data to apply a consistent sales process to optimize each territory opportunity. They also identify and recommend best practices within and across regions and contribute to firm‑wide projects through assigned committees. They assist in maintaining strong relationships with universities to attract the best possible candidates.
