Eagle Craft Special Projects, a division of EagleCraft Boats and part of the Bryton Marine Group, is seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead the execution of a three-year marine construction project in Campbell River, BC. This is a high-impact, career-defining opportunity to oversee a multi-vessel program within a respected marine industry leader.
Supported by the resources and expertise of the Bryton Marine Group, you will have the autonomy to design and implement program management systems from the ground up, lead a team of 70 professionals and craftspeople, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance and safety standards, all while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. As the leader of this program, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence and driving innovation throughout the life of this project.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, lead strategic decision-making, and help shape the future of Eagle Craft Special Projects as it delivers cutting‑edge vessels to the market.
