This remote position requires at least 4 years of hydrogeology consulting experience and a relevant degree. With deep expertise in environmental assessments and permitting, they support clients through critical project milestones—building trust with regulators, Indigenous Nations, and communities along the way.
They are currently seeking a Hydrogeologist to support the delivery of high-quality, science-based water resource projects across Canada. Reporting to the Water Stewardship Practice Area Manager and Principal Hydrogeologist, this role plays a key part in advancing groundwater science and protecting water systems in complex natural resource and infrastructure settings.

Remote / WFH / Hybrid: 100% Remote anywhere in BC, AB or SK
Travel/Fieldwork: 15% - 20% (western Canada, YT, NWT)
Salary: $85k - $115k , plus health benefits, RRSP matching, annual bonuses (The final salary will reflect the qualifications, relevant experience, expertise, and professional designations that each candidate brings to the role. Individuals who offer additional strengths or bring exceptional value to the team will be considered for compensation beyond the stated range, as our client recognizes and rewards unique contributions.)
