Description

Responsible for the installation, set‑up, repair and ongoing maintenance of VHCS equipment while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and beverage quality.

Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain customer equipment.
  • Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment.
  • Install machines at customer locations.
  • Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs.
  • This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.
Total Rewards

CAD $49,900.00 – $68,640.00 annually. Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • 1 year in a similar technical role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical/appliance repair experience.
Competencies
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer‑service skills.
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
