Job summary
A telecommunications company is seeking a Wireless Device Lifecycle Lead. This role involves overseeing the lifecycle of devices and accessories, managing trade-in and reverse logistics programs, and enhancing financing options. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in related fields such as supply chain management and wireless operations. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in wireless device operations, SIM card product management, vendor management.
- Strong expertise in vendor negotiations and contract management.
- Experience with large-scale SIM card deployments and eSIM adoption.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of wireless devices and SIM cards.
- Manage budgets effective and prioritize initiatives.
- Lead trade-in and reverse logistics programs.
- Enhance mobile device financing and leasing programs.
- Manage warranty and repair programs.
