Job summary
A leading resort in Jasper is seeking a Full-time Supervisor to oversee staff activities and maintain operations. The role involves scheduling, training, and inventory management. Candidates should have a secondary school diploma and 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience. This position offers $20 an hour for 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff including apprentices and interns.
- Assign sales duties and organize work schedules.
- Hire and train staff or arrange training.
- Order and authorize merchandise returns.
- Maintain inventory and resolve supply issues.

Location: Jasper, AB
- Supervise staff (apprentices, interns, design team, etc.).
- Assign sales workers to duties and organize work schedules.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns of merchandise.
- Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Hours of work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
