As a Tools Specialist you aid teams in Production Workflow and other departments in reaching their full potential. You will develop, acquire, deploy, maintain, document, train, and support the tools used by our teams. As part of the team, you will be working closely with internal customers to understand their challenges and provide solutions to overcome them.

What the job is all about:

• Work closely with internal teams to understand their tooling requirements and contribute to successful customer value delivery
• Provide tooling solutions that support team workflows and desired outcomes
• Maintain and support the infrastructure
• Develop documentation on infrastructure
• Train staff on tool usage and workflows
• Assess build vs buy solutions for teams
• Develop in-house solutions when needed

Who you are:

• Completed post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• 5+ years prior experience supporting software development infrastructure

• Java, Groovy, YAML, Cucumber/Gherkin
• Linux and Windows platforms
• Jenkins, Sonarqube, Nexus, GitLab, JMeter, Jira, Zephyr Scale
• Maven, Docker, NodeJs
• Git, Jenkins declarative pipeline
• IntelliJ, Eclipse

• Enjoy learning new technologies and taking on challenges
• Enjoy interacting with others, like supporting development team requests
