What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the project management of CRM implementation and related system integrations, collaborating closely with the external implementation partner
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of the CRM rollout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Manage data migration processes, including data scrubbing, cleansing, and analysis to ensure accuracy and usability
- Develop, maintain, and optimize AI-driven workflows to enhance operational capabilities and service delivery
- Act as the primary liaison between the implementation partner and internal stakeholders to address technical needs and customization requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a software implementation specialist, particularly with CRM systems
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Hubspot
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder relationship management
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
