The Manager, Strategic Change and Project Delivery leads a team that integrates project and change management to ensure the effective execution and adoption of strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Planning, the role drives unified delivery of organizational priorities, aligns projects with corporate goals, and supports enterprise-wide impact through strong execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence. The manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, including the Business Lead, Corporate Planning, to maintain project governance standards, foster operational excellence, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Under the direction of the Director, Corporate Planning, your responsibilities will include:
Project Delivery Oversight
- Leads the execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by integrating change and project management resources through a unified delivery model within Corporate Planning
- Oversees the planning, coordination, execution, and closure of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborates with internal teams and executive sponsors to define project scope, success criteria, and engagement plans for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitors and reports on performance metrics for project execution and change adoption, ensuring intended strategic outcomes are achieved
- Develops and implements change management plans to support adoption and sustained use of solutions, minimizing resistance and enabling organizational readiness
- Ensures cohesive delivery and adoption of initiatives by embedding change management strategies within project lifecycles
- Promotes a culture of change readiness by integrating change management practices into project and operational routines
Corporate Enablement- Contributes to enterprise planning and reporting activities, including dashboards, executive briefings, and strategic updates
- Acts as a strategic partner to corporate and departmental leaders, enabling the successful delivery of organizational priorities
- Champions unified execution as a driver of organizational performance and cross-functional alignment
Team Development and Operational Excellence- Manages and mentors a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership, coaching, and professional development opportunities
- Promotes continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, applying best practices and identifying opportunities for process enhancements
- Partners with Business Lead, Corporate Planning to promote standardization, develop project frameworks, and monitor adherence to Project Management Office (PMO) governance practices
Requirements that are important to us:- University degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Project Management, or related field
- PROSCI Change Management Certification or equivalent strongly preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent required
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project and change management, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within healthcare, digital health, or public sector organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating change management with project delivery to achieve successful adoption
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; capable of managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience working with executive leadership, external stakeholders, vendors, and interdisciplinary teams
