About The Role

We are building a global network of experienced freelance trainers, coaches, and consultants. We are looking for people with a deep passion for sharing knowledge and developing others.

Responsibilities Include

1. Implement strategic recruitment initiatives to identify top talent
2. Conduct professional interviews using structured scripts and digital platforms
3. Leverage social media and digital marketing to generate high-quality leads
4. Guide candidates through the onboarding process with professionalism and care
5. Collaborate with a dynamic global team across various time zones
6. Engage in ongoing personal and professional development
7. Provide 1-on-1 coaching to team members, usually delivered online via Zoom, and inspire them to reach their full potential
8. Actively contribute to our growing global community
